How to Order Digital Prints
Ordering digital prints is easy. We give you the choice of three easy methods to choose which best suits you. Click below to select the method you want to use.

1. Java Upload: This method still uses the internet and it works equally well for PC and Mac users. The slight disadvantage is that you have to wait until your actual images have uploaded before you complete your order. Click here to get started FAQ

2. Web Album: Our free web album lets you upload photos to your own personal web albums and lets you share them with friends and family as well as order prints and photo gifts. Click here to get started. Member Area

3. CD/DVD/Memory card Order Form: If you have a large number of images for printing, or if you have a slow internet connection, or if you do not have a credit or debit card, then you can choose to burn your images onto a CD or DVD, complete our online order form, and post your order with a cheque to our post address. If you have a slow internet connection and lots of large files to be printed, you can send us your memory card or burn your digital photos onto a CD and send this to us at our address: Soortak.com Inc.

How it works
Digital Prints from CD, please follow steps 1, to 4.
Digital Prints from memory card, follow steps 2B to 4.

1.Please only send us JPEG files on CD.

2.If you want different size prints:

a. From a CD
If you want to choose different size prints on the same CD (e.g. 10x15s and 13x18s) it is easiest to create separate directories on the CD for each, named according to what size prints you want to order, and place the images into the required directory. Alternatively, you can identify the images by name to tell us which ones you want printed at which size.

If you do not have a suitable envelope to send us your CD in, please click here to register to order some free Soortak envelopes. These envelopes are not big enough to take CDs inside plastic jewel cases but can accommodate a CD inside a cardboard jacket.

b. From memory card
If you want to choose different size prints (e.g. 10x15s and 13x18s) please enclose a note identifying the images by name to tell us which ones you want printed at which size.

To calculate the total amount payable you can enclose a note.
Enclose a note: If you would prefer, enclose a note explaining exactly what you are ordering and how the total amount payable has been calculated.

Note

When you send us your memory card you have the option of having your digital files burned on an Archive CD for $2

4.Please remember to enclose with your CD or memory card:

1- Your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard only):
• cardholder's name
• billing address
• card number
• expiry date

2- Or a cheque for the total amount ordered including:

• $2 postage per order within Beirut. Click here to see our map/pricing.
Please make cheques payable to Soortak sarl and write your name and address on the back.

Note

We will always return your CD or memory card to you with your photos.

Prices

• The prices are exactly the same whether you order your digital prints online or send in a CD or a memory card. When sending in a CD or memory card, the cost of postage and packing covers the cost of returning the CD or memory card to you, but you need to pay the postage cost for sending the CD or memory card to us yourself.

Delivery

It should take 2-7 days allowing for the fact that incoming post takes about a week.
